Accommodation

The Woods Farm has the cutest on-site accommodation with enough room for everyone. The glamping area and the cottages each have fire-pits with log stools, outdoor chill out spaces with adirondack chairs, cafe tables, and gas and charcoal BBQs. All linen and towels are provided, as is shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a few other home comforts.
We’ve stayed in the glamping tents and the cottages and both are very comfortable. If you have a preference, or if you have any other special requirements, please let us know in the RSVP form. We'll need to reserve certain beds for certain people but we’ll otherwise try our best to assign preferences!
Check-in - Access to the property is from 3pm on Sunday 8 February 2026. Guests will receive a text message from The Woods Farm with self-check-in details including a boom-gate code to access the on-site parking.
If you arrive in Jervis Bay earlier, you might like to head 10-15 minutes further down to the beach or grab some lunch in Vincentia or Huskisson.
Check-out - Guests must check-out of their glamping tent or cottage by 10am on Tuesday 10 February 2026. We are welcome to stay on-site until 11am.
The Woods Farm don't manage accommodation bookings directly from our guests. Once we have received all RSVPs, we will arrange bed assignments based on numbers and various needs. We will otherwise try our best to assign preferences. We will notify guests closer to the wedding whether they've been assigned a tent or a cottage room.

Glamping
It's camping, but a little bit glamorous.
There are 18 huge bell tents, each powered and beautifully furnished with a king bed, 2-3 single beds, rugs, cushions, a table and two deck chairs.
The glamping tents share a communal bathroom with separate male, female and accessible showers and toilets. There are hair dryers and full length mirrors in the shared bathrooms but not in the tents so if you have room in the car you might like to bring your own. There is also a small shared laundry with ironing equipment.
Our three-day stay will be fully catered but guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. The glamping area has a food truck which has been turned into a shared basic camp kitchen. It has filtered drinking water, a couple small fridges, a kettle, cups, plates, cutlery, chopping boards, knives etc. You can also cook at the BBQs located in the pool house or the pizza oven in the veggie garden. Just make sure that anything you use is cleaned and returned to its home, and that all rubbish is put in the bins provided.

Cottages
There are eight individual cottages that have each been lovingly restored and renovated with the quirky cool Woods style. Each cottage has three bedrooms (with queen and single beds); a cot and high chair; and the option to utilise two single daybeds in the living room. The living rooms are open-plan and combine a lounge area, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with a filtered water tap for drinking. Each cottage has a bathroom (with a bath, except the Flower House), and a separate laundry with a washing machine, ironing equipment, and an additional toilet.
Our three-day stay will be fully catered but guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks.
