Got Questions?

When and where is the wedding?

The festivities run over three days, from Sunday 8th to Tuesday 10th February 2026, at The Woods Farm Jervis Bay:

Lot 3 Bayly Rd, Tomerong NSW 2540 - approximately 2.5 hours drive from Canberra by car.

The wedding ceremony and reception are on-site, and will begin in the early afternoon on Monday 9th February.

Where are we staying?

We’ve exclusively booked the entire Woods Farm property and it’s on-site accommodation to host absolutely everyone! Check out the ‘Accommodation’ tab for more information.

The Woods Farm don't manage accommodation bookings directly from our guests. Once we have received all RSVPs, we will arrange bed assignments based on numbers and various needs. We will otherwise try our best to assign preferences. We will notify guests closer to the wedding whether they've been assigned a tent or a cottage room.

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in - Access to the property is from 3pm on Sunday 8 February 2026. Guests will receive a text message from The Woods Farm with self-check-in details including a boom-gate code to access the on-site parking. If you arrive at Jervis Bay earlier, you might like to head 10-15 minutes further down to the beach or grab some lunch in Vincentia or Huskisson.

Check-out - Guests must check-out of their glamping tent or cottage by 10am on Tuesday 10 February 2026. We are welcome to stay on-site until 11am.

Does The Woods Farm store luggage?

Unfortunately not. Keep your gear in your car until check-in.

Can I sleep on-site in my tent, swag, caravan or car?

Unfortunately not, sorry! The Woods Farm are only permitted to host guests in the glamping tents and cottages on-site.

What if I want to find off-site accommodation?

We would absolutely love for all our guests to share in the full on-site experience with us. However, we understand some guests might prefer to find alternative off-site accommodation. This is cool too, just let us know when you RSVP. If it makes you feel any better, we’ve been assured that we won’t get wafts of pig poo!

Off-site guests are required to leave the property each night by 11.30pm. Please respect this rule as The Woods Farm can fine us per hour that off-site guests remain on the property.

Can I stay for just one night?

We would absolutely love for all our guests to stay for the full experience. However, we understand some guests might only be able to stay one night.

For a one-night stay, we are kindly asking for contributions of $300 per adult and $140 per child (2-17 years). This is because The Woods Farm charges a flat rate for a minimum two-night accommodation package, and we may not be able to fill beds that are vacant for one night.

How much does the on-site accommodation cost?

Hosting a wedding at The Woods Farm requires the bride and groom to fully book the on-site accommodation for a minimum of two-nights, which is charged at a flat rate. It is customary for Woods wedding guests to help cover the cost of their accommodation. We know destination weddings can become expensive so we have tried to keep guest accommodation prices as low as possible.

We are kindly asking for contributions of $380 per adult and $150 per child (2-17 years) for the two-night stay.

Prices are the same for a tent or cottage bed. The Woods Farm suggest this is the easiest and fairest way to set guest accommodation prices.

If you have a preference for a tent or cottage, let us know in the RSVP form.

We will need to reserve certain beds for certain people, but we'll otherwise try out best to assign preferences.

How do I book and pay for my on-site accommodation?

The Woods Farm don't manage accommodation bookings or payments directly from our guests. We must do this so we have set up the RSVP form and below bank account to manage our guest accommodation. Once we have received all RSVPs and accommodation payments, we will arrange bed assignments based on numbers and various needs. We will otherwise try our best to assign preferences. We will notify guests closer to the wedding whether they've been assigned a tent or a cottage room.

To secure your on-site accommodation, we would be grateful for direct bank transfers to the below account by 30 November 2025. If you would like to pay in instalments, or if you need a bit more time, just let us know in the RSVP form.

When will I find out whether I've been assigned to a tent or a cottage?

We will otherwise try our best to assign preferences. We will notify guests closer to the wedding whether they've been assigned a tent or a cottage room.

Do you have a gift registry or wishing well?

Contributions to the accommodation costs will allow us to share this amazing experience with you all. This is the best gift we could ask for!

We know some of our guests would like to contribute a bit extra to help us cover the cost of the food and drinks package during our stay. For those so inclined, contributions to our wishing well would be warmly welcomed and appreciated.

What about food and drinks?

We’ll have our entire stay fully catered so you shouldn’t need to worry about anything other than enjoying yourself. Please let us know any dietary requirements in the RSVP form.

There will be a full bar set up and staffed for the welcome night BBQ and the wedding reception. We’ll have a beer and wine tab but cocktails and spirits will also be available to purchase on consumption.

Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Head to the Accommodation tab to read more about the kitchen facilities.

Can I bring my own food?

Our stay will be fully catered but guests are very welcome to bring their own food, snacks and drinks.

Check out the Accommodation tab to see what kitchen facilities are available for the glampers and the cottage-stayers. Just note there are no fridges in the glamping tents, only a few small shared fridges in the shared kitchen truck. You might like to bring an esky if you want to keep a few cold brewskies in the tents.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Yes but it must only be consumed inside your accommodation, according to The Woods Farm.

Just note there are no fridges in the glamping tents, only a few small shared fridges in the shared kitchen truck. You might like to bring an esky if you want to keep a few cold brewskies in the tents.

What about drinking water?

The Woods Farm doesn't run on town water. They collect rain water and do not recommend drinking water from the tap. There is filtered water available in the glamping kitchen truck, and each cottage has a separate filtered drinking water tap.

What about vehicles and parking?

There is ample parking on-site. Each glamping tent has a designated car space, and each cottage can park up to four cars. There is a large parking area designated for any additional cars.

Vehicles must only be driven on the roads and paths provided. Please respect this safety rule as The Woods Farm can fine us for violations.

Guests will receive a text message from The Woods Farm with self-check-in details, including a boom-gate code to access the on-site parking.

What should I bring?

The Woods Farm has many home comforts but you may wish to bring along a few extra things to enjoy during our stay. Here’s a few things we’ve thought of:

  • Mad vibes
  • Swimmers and a pool towel - The Woods Farm provides bath towels but you might like to bring an extra pool towel just in case.
  • A mirror - the shared glamping bathrooms and cottages each have vanity mirrors and 1-2 full length mirrors. You might like to bring your own if you’d like one in your tent.
  • Comfortable clothes for yoga and bike riding if you want to join in those activities.
  • Appropriate shoes for getting around the property, which has lots of grassy and gravel areas connected by grassy and gravel paths. It can get muddy if it rains. Block heels or flats are recommended for the actual wedding.
  • Umbrella or rain coat just in case it rains. If it does, we’re covered for the wedding ceremony, reception and other gatherings but these areas are connected by outdoor gravel or grassy paths.
  • Snacks - we’ve got you covered for all main meals and drinks but you might like to bring your own food, snacks and drinks.
  • Esky - there is limited fridge space in the glamping kitchen truck so you might like to bring an esky if you want to keep a few cold brewskies in your tent.

What should I wear?

Think comfy summer picnic vibes for most of the time. Bring your swimmers and comfortable clothes for yoga and bike riding, if you want to join in those activities. Bring appropriate shoes for the grassy and gravel areas and pathways.

The vibe for the big day is kind of rustic boho but with a cocktail-glam twist. Can’t imagine that? Summer cocktail with appropriate shoes for the outdoors.

Block heels or flats are recommended for the ladies. Collared shirts and dress pants or chinos for the boys. No jeans, shorts for the actual wedding please. No bogan or doof attire at all please.

What if it rains?

The Woods Farm has beautiful indoor options including a chapel and barn, so we're covered, rain or shine! However, the accommodation and the gathering spaces are connected by outdoor grassy or gravel paths, so you might want to bring an umbrella, rain coat and suitable shoes for getting around the property. Block heels or flats are recommended for the actual wedding.

Can I smoke or vape?

There are designated smoking/vaping areas. The Woods Farm is otherwise a smoke/vape-free site. Please respect this as the Woods Farm can fine us for violations.

What are are curfew and sound rules?

In respect of the neighbours and council noise restrictions, all amplified music must stop at 10pm and guests should retire to their accommodation by 11.30pm.

Off-site guests are required to leave the property each night by 11.30pm. Please respect this rule as The Woods Farm can fine us per hour that off-site guests remain on the property.

Is there phone reception and Wi-Fi?

The Woods Farm has limited mobile reception and no public Wi-Fi. It works but it’s a pretty good excuse to tell work so we can switch off and enjoy each others’ company.

What transport services are available in the area?

There are limited taxis and shuttle bus services available in the area. Uber is also available and might be more reliable. We can provide further information about transport services once we know whether any of our guests are staying off-site.

What about rubbish and cleaning?

Please ensure all rubbish is put in the bins provided, and that anything used is left reasonably clean and tidy. If you use anything in the kitchen, including the BBQs or pizza oven, please make sure it’s left clean and where you found it.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately not, sorry.
